Founded in 2002 by a group of successful collision repair owners including Glen-Merritt, CSN was established to assist independent collision repair facilities continuously improve their operations through perform assessments, ongoing training and marketing initiatives.
Over the years, CSN has grown from its original four members to 270 facilities throughout Canada. Never compromising on our beliefs, CSN has always ensured its membership is qualified and maintains our vision, mission, values and goals.
CSN is the only network to have a qualification process for its Members. We strive to ensure that our customers receive the best in service and quality in the collision repair industry. Choosing any one of our shops throughout Canada guarantees a complete 'Dedication to Excellence'.
All CSN facilities must meet the following criteria to gain membership:
Evidence of all municipal / provincial / federal permits and business licenses
A leader in their local market
Computerized estimating and management systems with computerized imaging components (Preferably Mitchell and Autodex)
A clean modern facility with an inviting reception area and the latest in repair equipment technology
Well-trained staff with evidence of an ongoing training policy
Usage of high-end paint and materials ISO 9001 and/or I-CAR certified (or currently in process of being registered) and/or evidence of ongoing third party management training i.e. A-Coat Select
Above average customer service (A CSI must be contracted by a third party and reports faxed to CSN on a monthly basis)
Membership in good standing
The provision of lifetime guarantee on collision repair work
A commitment to actively participate in CSN meetings, training and initiatives
